Manny's of Solvang uses only the freshest ingredients in their "made from scratch" dishes. Manny's was established in Solvang in 1989 by Manuel Tovalin Sr. -- the entire family worked in the restaurant creating the original Durango-style Mexican cuisine. The business continued under the Tovalin family until 2003. Today, Manny's family is redefining the term "family restaurant," creating a warm and friendly place of community. In fact, Manny's has earned the reputation of being the "Cheers of Solvang," a place where everybody "knows your name." Fernando and Jessie are eager to rekindle their relationship with all of you.
